2008 is a special year in VAIO history. It’s a year of celebration and of enjoying all the things that make life so beautiful. The future is now for all of those who haven’t forgotten about the past. Memories are like a big photo book and now you can add an extra picture to that.

If you are one of the “winners of the week”, you will get a Sony Cybershot DSC-H10 to be used whenever, wherever. And at the end of each month, our grand prize winner gets a brand new D-SLR α900 camera with 300mm lens kit.
The contest will be open from the 1st of October until the 30th of November. So take out your camera and capture your past with one single shot.

Sony VAIO TZ Series inspection and rework program
Sony takes pride in the quality of its products. Recently, we became aware of a potential issue affecting the TZ notebook PC models.
As part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, and as a precaution, Sony is voluntarily initiating a programme to perform a free inspection and, if necessary, a rework to ensure these units meet our high quality standards.

Dear Club VAIO-members,
Have you checked out our newest features yet?
Our wallpaper section has been improved! You can now create your very own wallpaper gallery under ‘My Wallpapers’ and store all the wallpapers you’ve uploaded in this section.
We will also keep you up to date on the status of every uploaded wallpaper and inform you when one of your wallpapers has been reviewed.
Don’t forget to check out the general rules before uploading a new wallpaper!

All you need to know about Blu-ray...
Dear Club VAIO members,
We finally introduced the Blu-ray portal section. We have found out that a lot of people already know about blu-ray Disc or even already own a device that can play them back. Therefore we created a complete section on Club VAIO that will be dedicated to Blu-ray Movies available, future Blu-ray players, some extra downloadable material (like wallpapers and screensavers) and also some external Sony and Blu-ray Disc association website links.
Please check the page out. It will evolve further in the next couple of weeks.
